There is a big difference between managing poverty and ending it. You may have heard the saying, "Give a man a fish and you'll feed him for a day; teach him to fish and he'll never go hungry." Managing Poverty What if we gave him a fish; taught him to fish; tore down the walls that have been put up around the fish pond, and found out who is polluting it?
